What it does
First Fix is a prevention tool — not a treatment
First Fix tape is designed to be applied to clean, dry skin before activity to create a protective barrier that reduces friction between skin surfaces or between skin and clothing. It is not a wound dressing, medical tape, or therapeutic product. It will not treat or heal skin that has already chafed — it exists to stop that from happening in the first place.
How to use it
Apply before you head out — not after
Apply to dry, clean skin at least 5 minutes before activity. Common application zones include inner thighs, underarms, nipples, and any area prone to friction during your sport. Press firmly and smooth out any edges. Do not apply over broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. Remove gently after activity — if tape is difficult to remove, dampen the area first.
Skin sensitivity
Patch test if you have sensitive skin
If you have sensitive skin or known tape allergies, we recommend a patch test on a small area 24 hours before first use. Apply a small strip to your inner arm and monitor for any redness, itching, or irritation. If any reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. NoRubClub products are not suitable for use on broken skin, open wounds, or over active rashes or dermatological conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, get in touch within 14 days and we'll make it right. Due to the nature of skin-contact products, we're unable to accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons — but if something's wrong, we'll always find a solution.
Honest answer
Will it work for everyone?
For most athletes using it as directed, yes. But bodies are different, and activity levels vary. First Fix is built to perform under serious conditions — long runs, enduro events, multi-hour rides — but no product is a one-size-fits-all guarantee. If it doesn't work for you, tell us. We'd rather know than have you suffer in silence.
